Also - - just curious why nobody beats the hell out of RIM or Samsung or Nokia for not coming up with a phone better than the iPhone? Why is it always Verizon's fault that they don't have a device better than the iPhone? Since when did Verizon become the phone manufacture...sure they have the deep pockets which go a long with in helping in the R&D but really folks Verizon is not the manufacture they are carrier and they can only ask for iPhone equivelent stuff they can't just sit around and not roll out any new phones until someone finally comes up with something better than the iPhone. #3g

We all know verizon has a better network. But let's be honest, their phones blow. Sure they have the droid now but it took 2 years for them to get something that even remotely compares to the iphone.

If verizon really wants to pull customers away from AT&T, push for new, better phones (including eventually the iphone). Then i'll switch back in a heartbeat. #3g

Obviously at&t feel quite threatened by the steps verizon is putting into place to steal those beloved iphone users.

I just think it goes to show how verizon has no problem showing their 3g coverage where at&t have finally been caught fooling their own customers.

To me, it seems like at&t is showing how they mislead their own customers and how verizon is proud of the work they have put into their network.

Good for verizon for putting a foot down of whose service as actually more accessible.

The most fun is driving by an at&t "5" bars billboard up here in Poughkeepsie, ny and my friend showing me he only has one bar of 1x coverage and no 3g
